Mission: CoRE is a peer-reviewed, open access publication committed to the improvement of rural education, teaching and learning by mentoring authors, providing support through the editing and development process leading to publication.

CoRE ultimate goals are:

• To transform rural education at all levels by equipping practitioners and leaders through providing access to practical research and other educational resources.
