Abstract

This section of the journal allows for open debate of theories, methods, and practices in professional aviation training or testing research. The Blind Review process is a necessary part of scholarly material, but it is not a perfect system. Good articles might be rejected and bad articles might be accepted. If you read scholarly journals you will agree. In professional aviation training and in the assessment of that training, we need to expose good ideas. Therefore, this journal invites the aviation community to present abstracts on important topics, with a view toward starting the debate and presenting an opportunity to discuss related issues. The accompanying article gives the instructions for the Open Review process.
