Developing cross-culturally competent social workers through international education: Meeting the challenges of the 2008 EPAS

Abstract

Students must be prepared for living in a global community. This is especial­ly the case for helping professionals. This paper presents a curriculum model for increasing cultural competency in a baccalaureate program for social workers through international education in Belize.
