Abstract

This article is part one of a two-part study on ritual abuse law formation. It is concerned with the historical background and theoretical concerns using Integrated Conflict Theory. This approach allows the
complexities of individual and structural variations that are especially inherent elements of conflict that are
embedded in this topic to be drawn out in a more comprehensive way.
